With 20 fun activities, children will be able to practise all of the five skills in the Jolly Phonics programme. The games are available in different levels - easy, medium or hard. This is ideal for children at all levels of early reading and is designed for children aged 3 and up.
There are seven learning zones, each of which focuses on teaching a particular skill. The 20 games cover all these important skills: Learning letter sounds Letter formation Blending (so c-a-t makes cat, for reading) Identifying sounds in words (so dog is sounded d-o-g, for spelling) Tricky words ( with irregular spelling, like was and said) Short vowels (which it helps to know for spelling) Alternative spellings of vowels (because English is complicated) Fun animations reward the correct answers!
